. . . Erpelding & Associates is strategically located to the serve the appraisal needs for those active in the Raleigh- Durham- Chapel Hill Triangle and North Sandhills real estate markets.

Our primary residential service area includes our home County of Chatham, as well as Durham, Lee, Orange, and Wake Counties. We also accept assignments for properties located in central and south Alamance County, central and northern Harnett County, and western Johnston County. Generally speaking, our coverage area includes a 30 mile radius from the central portion of Jordan Lake, located in East Chatham County, (see below).
