Nick has been appraising commercial and residential real estate for more than 18 years. Upon earning his Bachelors of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1986, Nick practiced with a succesful design-build firm from 1986 to 1992. The economic downturn of the early 90's prompted a fortuitous career shift from architecture and construction management to real estate appraisal and development consulting. Erpelding and Associates was officially established in 1992.
