ot unlike most real estate appraisers, our office is equipped with
technology and software that greatly enhance the writing and timely delivery of
our appraisal reports. Our office's typical turn-around times range from 2 to 5
days following the day of inspection. Given the streamlining of the
appraisal profession, and widespread use of form reports, our appraisal reports
will appear to be similar to those generated by most any other office.
