Nick Erpelding . . .

. . . oversees the commercial property division of Erpelding & Associates. Nick is a certified general real estate appraiser in the State of North Carolina and Indiana, as well as a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. Nick is also licensed as a non-resident, independent, "all-lines," insurance claims adjuster in the State of Florida.

Since establishing Erpelding & Associates in 1996, Nick has appraised and/or consulted on a wide variety of commercial-use, development-use, and special-use properties. Success in the commercial real estate appraisal is built upon Nick's previous experience in the disciplines of architecture, land planning, and design-build construction management, (1986-1996). Additionally, Nick is licensed by the State of Florida in the allied field of property-loss adjusting. [Independent, "all-lines," non-resident claims adjuster.]

Nick holds a Bachelor's of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning. Current professional affiliations include:

Deborah Doster-Erpelding . . .

oversees residential appraisal operations. Deborah is a licensed real estate appraiser in the State of North Carolina and Indiana, as well as a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. Deborah has been appraising residential and small-income properties since 1998. She entered the appraisal profession following several years in new home sales. Prior to that, Deborah excelled in corporate sales.
